By engaging Succs and Stuff LLC for 3D printing, manufacturing, digital development, or media production services, you agree to the following terms.
Specifications: Clients are responsible for ensuring that provided designs or CAD files meet their own functional requirements.
Materials: We provide recommendations on materials (PLA, PETG, etc.), but final suitability for a specific industrial application is the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of any designs you provide. Succs and Stuff LLC retains the rights to any original designs, patented components, or manufacturing processes created in-house unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.
Ownership of Media: All content produced under the News Succs brand, including music, media, and code, is the property of Succs and Stuff LLC unless a separate "Collaboration Agreement" is signed.
Collaborator Rights: Independent contributors (e.g., musical partners) retain rights to their specific raw contributions (lyrics, vocal stems) while granting Succs and Stuff LLC a non-exclusive license to use, remix, and distribute the final produced work under the LLC's branding.
Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of 3D printing, contract manufacturing, and digital media production, all custom orders and commissions are non-refundable once production or development has begun.
Defects: If a physical product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [7] days for a replacement.
Succs and Stuff LLC is not liable for any misuse of 3D-printed items or failure of parts used in high-stress or hazardous industrial environments beyond the scope of provided specifications. We are not liable for the interpretations of "News Succs" media content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
"We respect the sensitivity of proprietary designs and creative assets. We are happy to sign a formal NDA for industrial contracts or a Collaboration Agreement for media projects upon request."
