1. Service Agreement By engaging Succs and Stuff LLC for 3D printing or manufacturing services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Prototyping

• Specifications: Clients are responsible for ensuring that provided designs or CAD files meet their own functional requirements.

• Materials: We provide recommendations on materials (PLA, PETG, etc.), but final suitability for a specific industrial application is the responsibility of the client.

• Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of any designs you provide. Succs and Stuff LLC retains the rights to any original designs created in-house unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of 3D printing and contract manufacturing, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

• Defects: If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [7] days for a replacement.

4. Liability Limitation Succs and Stuff LLC is not liable for any misuse of 3D-printed items or failure of parts used in high-stress or hazardous industrial environments beyond the scope of the provided specifications.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
